effective way to overcome the challenge of climbing your stairs.

The Simplicity Series track offers a continuous charge function meaning that the lift can be parked on any part of the track when it is not in use. This means you do not need to worry about where you leave your lift on the track as the batteries will charge in any position.
The Simplicity Series are compatible with the Slide Track and manual hinge systems so if you have a doorway close to the bottom of your stairs the Simplicity offers you a range of solutions to prevent the track from causing an obstruction.
All stairlifts have safety sensors on the power pack and footplate: these are designed to stop the lift if it meets any obstruction. Once stopped it can only be moved in the opposite direction of the obstruction.
We also supply our stairlifts with an easily accessible key switch that allows you to disable the lift and prevent unauthorised use so you do not need to worry about unsupervised children playing with your stairlift.

The 1000 provides comfort and support and gives the option of upgrading with powered features. In addition to this the anodized aluminium rail offers a stylish solution with a hidden gear rack. Moreover, the 1000 is the narrowest straight stairlift track on the market which can also be installed outdoors.

How about a hinge track?
You need not worry that doorways will be obscured or that tracks will cause excesssive trip hazards. A hinge 
track is optional available for the 1000. The fully automatic hinge track will be raised and lowered without the user having to operate it.

The 1000 Outdoor stairlift is fully waterproofed and designed to overcome the problems caused by external straight runs of stairs.
Supplied with UV protected Slate Grey upholstery the 1000 Outdoor stairlift also comes with a waterproof cover to keep it protected from the weather so it is always ready for use.
Like all Handicare stairlifts the outdoor models have a key switch to prevent unauthorised use of the lift, which means it can be isolated when not in use.
